This course is designed for professionals who want to learn German A1 in Switzerland. Swiss German uses different words and different spelling compared to normal German. This course teaches German A1 the Swiss way. The course perfectly prepares you for the Swiss telc and Goethe exam, which you need to pass if you want to apply for a working permit in Switzerland. The course content includes private lessons, videos, exercises and learning documents specifically designed to teach Swiss German A1.

When you pass certain milestones in your course, you will be asked to choose a time from a calendar that best suits you for your private lesson.
You will receive a plan before each private language lesson.
Private lessons consist of reading exercises and dialogues with your teacher who will help you to improve your pronounciation.
Furthermore your teacher will address all your questions regarding German A1 level.
You can contact your teacher anytime using the ‘contact the teacher’ button in the course or you can write an email. You will receive a response to your question within 24h.
If you enroll in the ‘Standard’ or ‘Premium’ course, you will do an exam to assess your reading, listening, writing and speaking skills at the end of the course.
When you have passed the exam you will receive an official German A1 certificate of the German Academy Zurich.
For customers enrolled in the ‘Basic’ course package, we can’t offer a German A1 certificate as we think that without lessons to practice speaking you will not be able to pass the necessary examination.
Our course is completely online. You do not have to visit a physical location or follow a set schedule. You can learn whenever and wherever you want.
Furthermore you can get to German A1 level within one course and enjoy the combined convenience of digital learning and private lessons.
Our standard course costs CHF 997. The 10 private lessons are included in this price.
